Dear Adobe

If you’re like us, working in the creative industry, you will have sat in front of your machine cursing Adobe’s Creative Suite at one point or another. Now don’t get me wrong, it’s a superb bit of kit but we all have our annoyances.

If you are like us then this is for you…

dearadobe.com

It’s a chance for everyday users of the software to vent their frustration or indeed sing Adobe’s praises. My favourite so far has to be: “Dear Adobe: Could you make Adobe Reader start up slower? I’d like to have enough time to go get a sandwich before I read a one page document.”

Bristol Media, new improved and twice as tasty

Bristol Media has gone from strength to strength since we where first brought on board to develop their online strategy. Together we have successfully pushed the site to knocking on the door of 3000 members with hundreds of jobs posted at any one time and this is not to forget the healthy turnover of site visitors. All in all a very happy client which obviously makes for a very happy Beef.

Since then we have been continuing to work with Bristol Media to push things forward and are proud to announce the relaunch of the Bristol Media site. There are some great enhancements all over the site. So go check it out and get involved.

Beef Research

Us lot here at Beef hold research with high regard. Playing, imagining, creating and tinkering are essential as far as we are concerned, its what drives our imaginations and keeps us at the top of our craft. So we are chuffed to have won a grant from the Technology Strategy Board to conduct research into one of our in house projects.

Deutsche Telekom AG claim that magenta (yes, the colour) is within their trademark, asking companies worldwide to cull their use of the colour “due to color infringement”. WTF?!
